Tour Information

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

ETA: At your arrival flight time, advised) in ‘Delhi’ you will be met and transferred to your hotel for checkin.

“’Delhi’ is influenced by 1630’s Mughal Empire and 1920’s British Era.” 

Overnight : Hotel in Delhi 

Day 02: Delhi (Breakfast)

9am. Enjoy morning tour of Old City of Delhi. We will take you inside oldest mosque Jama Masjid, and take local Rickshaw Ride inside Chandni Chowk Bazaar to visit Sikh Temple Sis Ganj Gurudwara. Next we visit Mughal Residence Red Fort (FM outside) and crematory grounds of Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat. 

1pm. Enjoy afternoon tour of New City of Delhi as we visit world’s tallest brick minaret Qutab Minar, mother temple of Bahai religion Lotus Temple and later we walk around boulevard Raj Path to witness India Gate, President & Parliament House (FM outside). 

Later we return to hotel. 

Overnight : Hotel in Delhi 

Day 03 : Delhi / Mandawa (257 kms, 5-6 hrs drive) (Breakfast)

7am. After breakfast we drive to Mandawa and checkin at your hotel. 

2pm. We begin our visit of Mandawa Village for visiting fresco wall painted houses and royal various Havelis”. 

“Mandawa – a village popular for fresco painted Houses and Havelies. It is considered one of the sleepy hamlets of Rajasthan” 

Overnight : Hotel in Mandawa 

Day 04 : Mandawa / Pushkar (190 kms, 4 hrs drive) (Breakfast)

8am. After breakfast we drive to holy town Pushkar and checkin at your hotel. 

2pm. We begin our tour of Pushkar visiting ‘Pushkar Lake’, ‘Brahma’s Temple’ and ‘Local Market’ for classic shopping. 

“Pushkar, an ancient Hindu pilgrimage city, famous for the temple of Brahma and ofcourse the world famed desert festival in October/November depending on Full Moon”. 

Overnight : Hotel in Pushkar 

Day 05: Pushkar / Udaipur (285 kms, 5-6 hrs drive) (Breakfast)

8am. After breakfast we drive to romantic city of lake Udaipur and checkin at your hotel. 

Rest of the day free to relax or do your own activities. 

“‘Udaipur’ – pronounced as Venice of The East, is the famed lake city of India”. 

Overnight : Hotel in Udaipur

 Day 06 : Udaipur  (Breakfast + Dinner)

9am. Our heritage tour begins as we visit inside Maharaja’s City Palace with Museum. Next we visit inside city’s largest Hindu temple Jagdish Temple. 

4pm. For sunset we take you for Boatride on Lake Pichola to view Udaipur at its best and visit inside palace on island Jagmandir (famed spot for 1983 James Bond film ‘Octopussy’).

Later we return to hotel. 

Later, in the evening take part in cooking class where we learn local Rajasthani Cuisine followed by Dinner. 

After Dinner return back to Hotel. 

Overnight : Hotel in Udaipur 

Day 07: Udaipur / Bijaipur via Khempur (120 kms, 3 hrs drive) (Breakfast)

8am After breakfast we drive to charming rural palace hotel of Revla Khempur. It was here where The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel movies were filmed. Stop for High Tea and chat with the owners who will tell you about all the spots shot in film. Continue your drive to Bijaipur and checkin at your hotel. 

3pm. Later in the day, enjoy a drive in open jeep out into the countryside visiting rural villages - a special and unique experience indeed! 

Overnight: Hotel in Bijaipur 

Day 08 : Bijaipur / Ranthambhore (300 kms, 5-6 hrs drive) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

7am After breakfast we drive to Ranthambhore and checkin at your hotel. 

Rest of the day free to relax or do your own activities 

Enjoy Lunch at Dinner at your Wildlife lodge. 

“Ranthambhore wildlife park spread over 392sqkm Ranthambhore is famed for its Tigers and was the royal hunting ground of Maharajas”.

Day 09 : Ranthambhore (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Early Morning’ and ‘Afternoon’ you will be taken to enjoy thrilling Open Jeep Ride (on sharing basis) inside Ranthambhore National Park sighting some of the rarest of India’s flora and fauna including the elusive wildcat Tigers. 

Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at your wildlife lodge.

Overnight : Hotel in Ranthambhore 

Day 10: Ranthambhore / Jaipur (160 kms approx. 3 hrs drive) (Breakfast)

10am. you will be picked up from your hotel & driven from ‘Jaipur’ and check in at your Hotel. 

Rest of the Day relax or do your own activities. 

“‘Jaipur’ is the vibrant capital & largest city of “Rajasthan” state of India.  Jaipur is also pronounced as the Pink city of India, due to the pink colored architecture of this city.”            

Overnight : Hotel in Jaipur 

Day 11: Jaipur (Breakfast)

8am. Our heritage tour begins as we drive up-hill the Amber Fort and explore its mirror palace Sheesh Mahal and Royal Courtyards inside. 

Next we visit Maharaja’s City Palace with Museum, and 1734CE built astronomical observatory Jantar Mantar.   

2pm. We visit palace of winds Hawa Mahal and hop-on a Tuk-Tuk to enjoy leisure time around the Local Bazaar markets. 

4pm. we return to hotel. 

6pm. We watch Bollywood blockbuster at local cinema Raj Mandir Cinema. (Bollywood film duration is 3 hrs. Local Cinema without subtitle hence feel free to leave). 

Later we return back to hotel relax and unwind. 

Overnight : Hotel in Jaipur 

DAY 12: Jaipur / Madhogarh (42 kms, Approx. 50 minutes’ drive) (Breakfast)

9am. you will be driven to the heritage village ‘Madhogarh’ and checkin at beautiful heritage property that belongs to one of the royal families of Rajasthan. 

2pm. We enjoy Open jeep village Safari and enjoy an exploratory walk through the village, we see local craftspeople at work and have plenty of opportunity to meet with the villagers. 

Later return back to Hotel. 

“Fort Madhogarh located in Madhogarh Village was built by Madho Singh Ji nearly 400 years ago and renovated and converted into heritage hotel by Thakur Bhawani Singh Ji in July 2000”.

 DAY 13: Madhogarh / Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (210 kms, Approx. 5 hrs drive) (Breakfast)

7.30am. you will be driven to ‘Agra’ via the ghost city ‘Fatehpur Sikri’ enroute visit the deserted ghost city of “Fatehpur Sikri” where you explore the royal courtyard, Tombs and Mughal Pilgrimage, after the tour continue drive to Agra and checkin at your hotel. 

2.30pm. We begin our visit to the impressive Agra Fort and the majestic Taj Mahal from inside, The Taj Mahal is known as one of the wonders of the world, made by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife. 

“’Agra’ Home of Taj Mahal located on the bank of Holy River Yamuna is an essential city to visit for first timers.”

DAY 14: Agra / Delhi (203 kms, Approx. 4 hrs drive) (Breakfast)

9am. you will be driven to ‘Delhi’ & checkin at your hotel. 

Rest of the day Free to Relax or do your own activities. 

Overnight : Hotel in Delhi 

DAY 15: Depart Delhi  (Breakfast)

(ETD, at your departure flight time, to be advised) We transfer to you ‘Delhi’ Airport for your onward flight.  

Inclusions: 14 nights’ accommodation, activities and entrances fees as per the itinerary, meals as per the itinerary, services of a private car and driver, local English speaking guides, Rickshaw Ride in Delhi, Boat Ride in Udaipur, cooking class followed by dinner in Udaipur, High Tea at Marigold hotel, 2 Jeep Ride in Ranthambhore, 01 Jeep Ride each in Bijaipur and Madhogarh, 

NOTES: Check in time at 1400 hrs / Checkout time 1200 hrs at most of the hotels. Taj Mahal Monument in Agra is closed every Friday, due to its weekly maintenance. Ranthambhore National Park remains closed from 01 July to 30 September every year.
